Cancellation & Refund Policy

In short: no refunds after payment. But your seat is never lost. If you can’t attend, move it to a future session for free or send a colleague.

1. If you can no longer attend

• Free transfer to a future session of the same program, or of a GeoBrain AI program of equal value, within 12 months. You can transfer once.
• Free substitution with a colleague at any time before the course starts. Just send us their name and e-mail at office [at] geobrainai.com.
• Once paid, fees are non-refundable for any reason.
• A no-show without notice counts as service delivered.

2. If we cancel or move the course

If we cancel or reschedule the course, you choose: a full refund within 14 days or a transfer to the new date.

3. Individual buyers

By completing payment, you expressly request that the service starts on the scheduled date and acknowledge that, once it has been delivered, you can no longer withdraw.

4. How to request

Send all requests (transfer, substitution) in writing to office [at] geobrainai.com, including your order number.
