1. Who we are
geobrainai.com and its services are provided by GEVOAD HCC S.R.L., tax ID 36719563 (VAT RO36719563), Trade Register no. J12/2980/2018, registered office Str. Viitorului nr. 2, camera 1, sat Apahida, com. Apahida, jud. Cluj, 407035, România, e-mail office [at] geobrainai.com, operating the GeoBrain AI brand (“GeoBrain AI”, “we”).
2. The service
For the Geo Executive Coach subscription, see also section 14. “AI for Top Executives” is a live online workshop on Zoom, on October 29–30, 2026, 12:00–17:00 Romania time. The agenda, content and price are those shown on the course page when you order. We may change guest speakers or the order of modules without reducing the value of the program.
3. Who it is for
The service is mainly for companies and professionals (B2B), with a company invoice. Individuals buying in their own name are covered by the same conditions, set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Ordering and contract
You order on the checkout page. Name, e-mail and phone are required. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. You receive the confirmation and invoice by e-mail. By ticking the consent box at checkout, you confirm you have read and accept these Terms, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
5. Price and payment
€380 + VAT per seat. Group offer: for every 4 seats, one is free (3+1). Payment is made online via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your card details. The invoice uses the details entered at checkout.
6. Access and attendance
The Zoom link and materials are sent by e-mail before the course. Access is personal and may not be shared. Participants are responsible for their own connection and equipment. A no-show counts as service delivered.
7. Cancellation, transfer and refunds
The Cancellation & Refund Policy applies and forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Materials, slides, templates and recordings belong to GeoBrain AI or its licensors. You may use them internally, within your company. You may not resell or publish them, or use them to run your own courses. Recording the sessions requires our written consent.
9. Liability
The workshop is educational. Business decisions you make based on it are your own. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure. In such cases we reschedule the session or apply the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11. Personal data
We process data under our Privacy Policy.
12. Disputes
Romanian law applies. We first try to settle disputes amicably at office [at] geobrainai.com. For companies, the courts at our registered office have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution (ANPC ADR, anpc.ro).
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force on your payment date applies to your order.
14. Geo Executive Coach subscription
Sections 1–13 also apply to the subscription, together with the specific rules below. Where they differ, this section prevails.
14.1 The service
Geo Executive Coach is an AI-powered executive coach, trained on Geo Ivanov’s method and available in the web app on geobrainai.com. What each plan includes (number of sessions, features, price) is what’s shown on the plan page when you subscribe.
14.2 Free trial
New subscriptions may include a free trial (usually 7 days). Your card is saved when you subscribe but isn’t charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise, your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends. Each person or company can use a free trial only once.
Readers’ offer. Buyers of the book “Humanversia AI” and readers who have the code printed in the book may receive, while the offer is active and within the monthly places available, a 30-day free period on the Standard plan. Your card is saved when you subscribe but isn’t charged during the 30 days. At sign-up we email you the date and amount of the first payment, and we send you a reminder before the first payment. If you don’t cancel before the period ends, the plan you chose (monthly or annual) starts automatically at the price shown at sign-up. You can cancel any time in Account with one click. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from sign-up, also in Account (“Withdraw from the contract”), confirmed by email. No invoice is issued for the free period. The offer can’t be combined with other discounts and is available once per person and per card.
14.3 Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the current price, charged to your saved card, until you cancel. We’ll email you in advance of any price change; the new price applies from your next period, and if you don’t agree you can cancel before renewal.
14.4 Cancellation
You can cancel any time, in a few clicks, in the app under Account › Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for: you keep full access until then, and your subscription won’t renew. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing there.
14.5 Refunds
To the extent permitted by law, once a paid period has started we don’t offer refunds or partial refunds for that period, including for unused days or sessions. If you’re a consumer, by starting your subscription you expressly ask for the service to begin immediately and acknowledge that, once it has started, you can’t withdraw for the current period. If the service is unavailable for a significant time through our fault, we’ll offer you a free extension or a pro-rata refund, at your choice.
14.6 Fair use
Your subscription is personal and can’t be shared. Each plan includes reasonable limits (for example, sessions per week, messages per session and a monthly usage cap), shown in the app. These limits keep the service fast and reliable for everyone. We may suspend or close access in cases of abuse, automated use, attempts to get around the limits or to extract the model or its content, or unlawful use.
14.7 What the AI coach is, and isn’t
Geo Executive Coach is a professional development tool. It isn’t therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and it doesn’t replace a qualified professional. Replies are generated automatically and may contain mistakes: check anything important, and the decisions remain yours. If you’re in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services (112 in the EU) or a qualified professional right away.
14.8 Your content
Your conversations, profile and goals belong to you. We store them encrypted in the EU only to provide the service, never use them to train AI models, and you can download or delete them any time in the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
