An AI executive coach is a conversation partner that works with you the way a coach does: it asks questions, helps you clarify your goal, turns it into steps and follows up week after week. The difference from a general chatbot is the method. A good coach doesn’t hand you ready-made answers. It helps you reach your own and holds you to what you promised.
I built Geo Executive Coach after 20 years of working with managers and senior executives, in executive search and in coaching. I wanted something busy people would use between two meetings, not one more app that eats time.
How Geo Executive Coach works
- It starts from your one-year goal and breaks it into 90-day and 30-day steps, each with a clear measure.
- Every session ends with the 48-hour commitment: what you will actually do by the day after tomorrow. At the next session, the coach asks what happened.
- It uses the D.O.P. principle (discipline, organisation, perseverance) from Humanversia and the 5 decision filters.
- You get up to two sessions a week of about 45 minutes, in writing or by voice, in English, Spanish, Romanian or Portuguese.
- The Career module helps with a promotion, a change of role or the search for your next job.

Many people combine the two: the AI coach for the weekly rhythm, live sessions for the hard moments.
What happens to your data
Conversations are stored in the EU, in Frankfurt, encrypted with a separate key for each user. They are not used to train AI models. No one reads what you write: Geo Executive Coach is 100% AI, with no human in your conversations.

€49 per month + VAT or €490 per year + VAT. The first 7 days are free: you enter your card on the secure Stripe page, get a reminder 3 days before the trial ends, and can cancel from your account before the first payment.
