Exception: voice mode (speech-to-text and read-aloud) uses a provider (xAI) that has no EU servers yet, so audio may be processed outside the EU, still with zero retention; audio is never saved. If you want everything strictly in the EU, use the coach in writing.

You’re in control
Download all your data at any time and delete your account in one click. Accounts inactive for 12 months are deleted automatically.
Minimal access

You always know you’re talking to an AI, per Article 50 of the AI Act.

No medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. In a crisis it points you to 112 and specialist help.
